道路清扫车（扫路车）使用说明书

 一、结构简介
The vehicle is composed of chassis, auxiliary frame and power combination, box combination, cleaning system, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, sprinkler system, electrical control system and so on。
1、底盘
Dongfeng EQ3141KJ (Cummins engine) type II chassis produced by Dongfeng Motor Company is adopted。
2、副框及动力组合（图一）

The power combination is composed of radiator, auxiliary engine, hydraulic coupling, belt transmission device and fan。为清扫作业提供动力源。动力组合通过副框架固定在底盘大梁上。
3、箱体组合
The box assembly is composed of a box and a power cover rigidly connected together。The box is welded structure without frame, the bottom of the box is a water storage tank, the middle is a garbage compartment, the upper part of the box is the air duct connecting the fan, the whole is made of stainless steel material。的垃圾舱有效容积为3.3m3。舱的前端两侧各有一个带盖的吸管伸入端，是垃圾进入舱内的通道，箱体右侧有一个加水口，可以用普通水管加水，箱体右侧前底部有一个消防水管加水口，可以快速加水，其旁边是卸水管，水箱加满水后继续加水，水将从此出泄出。The front end of the box has a water mark and a hand washing pipe on the left side, the back end of the box has a drainage port on the left and right side, and the opening and locking of the back door of the box is controlled by the hydraulic system。
4、清扫系统
The cleaning system consists of a left and right side brush, a left and right suction nozzle, a left and right suction hose and a wide brush。When cleaning the left side of the road, the left brush extends, the left suction mouth falls, the left suction cover opens, the wide brush turns to the left, and the right brush is recovered, the right suction mouth is lifted, and the right suction cover is closed。清扫路的右侧时则相反。
In operation, the side brush can automatically avoid obstacles while working, and the wide brush has an anti-bounce device. When the road is uneven or the working speed is fast, the rebound phenomenon will not occur。In addition, the working pressure of the side brush and the wide brush on the ground can be adjusted to minimize wear and extend life under the premise of ensuring the quality of the operation。The suction mouth can stretch the Angle, and when encountering a large volume of garbage, the front edge can be easily lifted to make the garbage enter the suction mouth。
  Whether on the left or the right side, the side brush and the wide brush can work alone or at the same time, and are selected by the operator according to the distribution of litter on the road surface。When the side brush works alone, the sweeping width is 1m, and when the wide brush works alone, it is 1.7m，侧刷宽刷同时工作时为2.1m。
5、液压系统（图二）.+

The hydraulic system consists of two parts: lifting hydraulic circuit and cleaning hydraulic circuit。The lifting circuit controls the tipping of the refuse tank and the opening and closing of the rear hatch door, which is operated by a manual valve set on the left side of the vehicle。The sweeping circuit controls the rotation of the left and right side brush and the wide brush, the extension and recovery of the left and right side brush, and the left and right steering of the wide brush, which is operated in the cab through a solenoid valve。Each loop has a pressure test point for debugging。其管路压力调定方法如下：
⑴     工作（清扫）回路
The pressure gauge is installed on the test point in the component cabinet, the relief valve is adjusted to the loose position, the auxiliary engine is started, and the operation is according to the general working condition, so that the No. 7 electromagnetic directional valve is in the charged state, the remaining valves are powered off, and the relief valve is slowly adjusted, the use pressure reaches 11~12Mpa, and the relief valve is locked。(The pressure increases when the adjusting screw is rotated clockwise, and decreases otherwise)。
⑵     厢体举升回路
Screw the relief valve of the manual valve set to the loose position and connect the pressure gauge。The main engine is idling, the force lifter is opened in place using the rear door cylinder, the system pressure is adjusted to 5~7Mpa, and the relief valve is locked。
6、气动系统（图三）

The pneumatic system obtains the air source from the chassis reservoir, and the working pressure is 0.6Mpa。According to different operation requirements, each cylinder is controlled by a solenoid valve to achieve different power combinations。

Using PC, the operation is accurate and reliable, the operation is simple, and the failure rate is very low under the condition of dust and vibration。

二、全车系统操作（图六）

1、控制箱（图六）
The control box is located between the two seats in the cab, where all operations take place except the box tilting and the rear door switch。
2、功能开关
The function switch is located on the lower side of the cab instrument panel, divided into upper, middle and lower three gears。Upper: the front of the suction is raised (in case of large lumpy garbage);Middle: Execute control box instructions, general operations;Bottom: temporarily suspend operation, all cleaning system is in recovery position。
3、取力器开关
取力器开关在方向盘右侧。Turn on this switch, the tilting hydraulic circuit pump in the hydraulic system runs。
4、手动阀
The manual valve group is fixed at the bottom of the left side of the car auxiliary fuel tank, with two operating handles, one on the left to control the take-off and landing of the box, and the other to control the opening and closing of the rear hatch door。
5、安全支架（图八）

安全支架位于副框架中部。No matter what the reason for raising the box, should not be ignored to prop up the safety frame。
6、游动软管（用户需要，订货时提出）
The floating hose is at the top of the box, which can rotate 270 degrees around the car. When used, it is connected with a long pipe, which can inhale the garbage of the road separator or sidewalk that can not be swept by the brush, and can also be extended into the 2m deep well to pump sewage sewage。


7、压力调节器（图九）

The knob of the pressure regulator is near the suction port at both ends of the beam of the sub-frame to adjust the working pressure of the wide brush on the ground。
8、喷枪
The water spray gun is hung above the mud plate on the left rear wheel of the car to wash the box and the exterior of the car。
9、PC主机
All the instructions on the control box are processed by a PC and then go to the electromagnet in the control component cabinet。
10、元件柜（图十a、图十b）

The component cabinet is located on the right side of the box under the auxiliary engine radiator, which is a convenient position for access。Here, almost all solenoid valves in hydraulic, pneumatic and water systems are concentrated, and adjustment, inspection, maintenance and so on are often carried out here。

三、操作方法
1、控制箱面板开关作用（图十一）

(1) Power switch: is used to supply power to the PC, press this button, the PC is in the working state, the power light indicates connected。
⑵ 加压开关：按下可增大侧刷对地压力。
(3) Alarm light switch: press the upper alarm light after the trunk flashing warning。
(4) Start stop switch: used to control the start or stop the cleaning operation, press the start operation, and then press the stop。
(5) Left brush switch: press the left brush to work alone, while pressing the left wide brush, then the left brush and the wide brush work at the same time。
The right brush switch: press the right brush to work separately, and press the right wide brush at the same time, the right brush and the wide brush work at the same time。
Working condition selection switch: used to select the speed of the auxiliary engine, it has three positions, corresponding to the three kinds of speed of the auxiliary engine: idle 700-800 RPM;General work 1600-1800 RPM;Enhanced condition 1900-2100 RPM。其中“一般和“增强”为作业工况。通常使用“一般”工况。For particularly dense waste or for fast working speeds, "enhanced" conditions can be used, but the working time is not allowed to be too long。
(8) Starting and stopping switch: It is used for the control of secondary engine starting and flameout. There are three positions: flameout, zero position and starting。Twist the switch to the starting position, then the auxiliary engine automatically starts, and then the key should be twisted back to the zero position。
(9) Work light switch: at night when cleaning operations, can be opened on the left and right sides of the work light。
(10) Oil pressure indicator light: light indicates that the auxiliary engine oil pressure is too low。
　  (11) Swing Angle indicator switch: used to control the left and right swing Angle of the wide brush。
(12) Ready indicator light: used to indicate whether the electric control system is normal, when the light is ready to operate。
⒀ 转速表：显示副发动机转速。
⒁ 水温表：显示副发动机冷却水温度。
⒂ 气压表: 显示气动系统内管路压力。

2、操作步骤
(1) Check that all switches on the control box should be in the off position, zero position, or middle position: the function switch is in the middle position;The force extractor switch is in the pressed position。
⑵ 接通底盘电源。
⑶ 起动底盘，使底盘气压升至0.6Mpa，宽扫刷自动提起。
(4) Turn on the PC electrical power switch (power light), alarm light switch (alarm light)。
(5) Turn the working condition selector switch to the "idle" working position, turn the key switch clockwise, release the key after the secondary engine (can be observed by the sound and the tachometer), (do not turn in the counterclockwise direction)。一次点火时间不应超过3-5秒。One ignition failure can be started again at an interval of a while, if three consecutive ignition failures, the cause should be identified and then started。
⑹ 亮工作灯（指夜间作业用）。
⑺ 设定工作状态。根据路面情况，设定工作状况。The setting time of the working state is not limited by the operation steps, and can be set before the job or temporarily changed during the job, but the start and stop button need to be repeated when the temporary change is made。
(8) When the auxiliary engine water temperature rises to 40℃, press the start stop switch and start the cleaning operation。
3、作业中注意事项
(1) The "general" working condition is the working condition often used in general operations, at which time there is enough force to inhale garbage such as brick and tile。The "enhanced" condition has a stronger suction capacity and can inhale dense garbage or obtain fast working speed, but it should not be used often, depending on the density of road garbage。
(2) When the road garbage is dense (that is, the dust is thick), it is appropriate to narrow the cleaning width and clean more times to ensure the cleaning effect。
(3) When large pieces of garbage such as wine bottles and bricks are encountered in the operation, press the swing Angle indicator switch, and the front edge of the suction mouth will tilt up。待垃圾进入吸口后再将摆角指示灯开关复位。
(4) When you need to temporarily suspend the operation, if you encounter a traffic signal red light, you can press the "start stop" button to make it in the stop position。The cleaning system will be quickly recovered, the water spray will stop, but the secondary engine will continue to operate。
(5) When encountering thick or bonded garbage on the road, press the "pressure" button, and the side brush will increase the pressure on the ground to lift the garbage and ensure the cleaning effect。

(6) When encountering large volume garbage such as cardboard boxes, bamboo baskets and other things that cannot be inhaled by the suction mouth in the operation, you can press the "start stop" button to make it in the stop position.

Then get off the car to pick up the garbage, throw out the cotton, and continue to work normally。
During the operation, the water level of the water tank (there is a water level scale in the lower right corner of the body) should be checked frequently, and the water tank should be replenished in time to avoid damage to the water pump due to the water shortage of the water tank。
(9) In the cleaning operation, need to turn or back, must stop the cleaning operation, recover the side brush, lift the wide brush and suction。
(10) When working, cover the suction hose port on the unused side to ensure a tight seal.
4、停机
⑴ 将“工况选择” 旋至“怠速”位。
(2) First turn off the water spray, pressure, function switch, and then press the "start stop" switch。
(3) After the auxiliary engine runs at idle for a few seconds, turn the ignition switch counterclockwise to the "ignition off" position, release the key when the charging indicator light is on, and the charging indicator light is off。
5、垃圾排放
(1) Drive the car to the garbage discharge point, and the two rear wheels of the car must be kept level when dumping the garbage。
(2) Put the chassis gear shift lever in neutral, step on the clutch pedal, pull out the force extractor switch, and release the clutch pedal。
(3) Move the right handle of the manual valve group outward to fully open the rear hatch door。Then move the left handle outward, the box slowly rises, and the garbage is poured out. If part of the garbage is attached to the bulkhead, it can be cleaned with the tools attached to the car, and then washed with water。
⑷ 落下箱体，关好后舱门。
6、车辆存放
(1) Wash the garbage box, suction cover plate, filter screen, rear hatch door, suction hose, bumper, suction and bracket, etc。
(2) The lower end of the rear hatch door should be opened 200-300mm when stored, so that the cabin is ventilated and dry and the sealing strip is not easy to deform。
(3) When storing in winter (refers to the frozen place), the water in the storage tank, pump and pipeline should be emptied to avoid freezing and cracking。

7、有关注意事项
⑴ 箱体举升起时，必须撑起安全支架。
(2) When the chassis pressure is insufficient, the upper force extractor and the starting auxiliary engine cannot be pressed。
(3) When there is no water in the storage tank and no oil in the hydraulic tank, do not start the auxiliary engine。
(4) When the water tank is dry and the working hydraulic oil is insufficient, the auxiliary engine is not allowed to start。
⑸副机机油不足时，不准启动副机。
(6) When cleaning, the vacuum seat cover must be placed on the side that does not work
⑺要把离合器踏到底才能按上取力器开关。
⑻后警灯不亮时不准清扫作业。
⑼副机在加速过程中不准清扫作业。
(10) To discharge waste, the rear door must be opened before the container is raised。
⑾ 车辆左右倾斜时不准升起箱体。
⑿ 不应将箱体升到极限位置。
⒀ 箱体升起时，车辆不准行驶。
⒁ 箱体落下后，一定要按下取力器开关。
⒂ Do not splash the auxiliary engine and electrical equipment when flushing the housing。
⒃清洁干净箱体尾门周边后才能关上后门。
(17) Suction mouth, side brush and wide brush are not allowed to reverse before they are put away。


四、定期维护保养
1, chassis and auxiliary engine daily maintenance, please refer to the relevant instructions。
2、清扫系统的调整。
⑴ 侧刷的调整（图十二）

侧刷固定在一个典型的四杆机构上。When operating, the side brush has a certain degree of freedom in the front and back, left and right, and up and down directions, so it can both stick to the road at any time, and avoid obstacles from the front or side。
The contact Angle of the side brush to the ground should be carefully adjusted in order to obtain the ideal effect. The rubber plate in front and side of the side brush will concentrate the garbage in a position that is convenient for suction, and its height also needs to be adjusted frequently. Their adjustment requirements and adjustment methods are shown in Figure 12。
⑵ 宽刷的调整（图十三）

宽刷利用两端的液阻气缸悬挂在底盘大梁上。When in the working position, the working pressure of the wide brush on the ground needs to be carefully adjusted。The position of the regulator is shown in Figure 11. Clockwise rotation of the regulator knob decreases the pressure on the ground, and vice versa increases. When the contact width between the wide brush and the ground is about 70mm, the requirements are met。When adjusting, special attention should be paid to the contact width of both ends of the wide brush to the ground as much as possible。（见图十三）

⑶ 吸口的调整（图十四）

Whether the position of the suction port is correct affects the effect of the sweeper operation to a certain extent. The adjustment method of the suction port is shown in Figure 14。

3、日常检查维护。
⑴ 检查全车各紧固件是否有松动现象。
⑵ 检查箱体中间隔板是否在中间位置。
(3) Check that the pressure on both ends of the wide brush is correct and both ends wear evenly。
(4) Check that the water system has no leakage, and the water valve and water nozzle work normally (especially whether the two nozzles in the suction mouth are water)。
(5) Check whether the seals around the rear door, small door, inlet and outlet fan duct, suction, and power cabin cover are damaged, whether the sealing performance is good, and replace if necessary。
(6) Check the correct hydraulic tank position (thermometer 40C horizontal line)。
Check that the air tightness of the pneumatic system is good, and the triplet pressure regulator should be maintained with lubricating oil for a long time。
(8) Check that the position of the suction is correct, and the wear of the rolling wheel and rubber plate is normal。
⑼ 清洁主、副发动机空气滤清器。
4、周维护
Perform the following maintenance once a week on the basis of routine maintenance。
⑴ 检查传动箱油位是否正确。
⑵ 排气动系统储气缸积水。
⑶ 为清扫系统各油杯注润滑脂
⑷ 检查风机叶轮是否积垢或磨损。
(5) Check whether the suction rubber plate, straw, suction cover plate and the inner protection plate of the box are worn。
(6) Check whether the pipelines and cables of the liquid, gas, water and electric systems are damaged by friction。
Check the air filter and oil mist oil level in the pneumatic triplet, and fill the lubricating oil to the specified position。
(8) Check whether the tension of the auxiliary engine fan belt and the pump belt is correct。
(9) The Angle of the side brush should be adjusted once a week to ensure that it is forward and outward, and the Angle of the contact line with the ground is about 120°, as shown in Figure 12, the height of the rubber baffle is maintained in the position of 10mm from the ground。
5、月维护。
(1) Adjust the position of the suction port once a month to maintain the distance between the rubber plate and the road after the suction port is about 6-10mm, and the height between the rubber plate and the ground at the front of the suction port is 35-40mm, as shown in Figure 14。
⑵ 检查副发动机怠速及工作转速是不正确。根据滑差大小按规定，补充液力偶合器油。
(3) Clean the hydraulic system return oil filter and water system filter。
6、半年维护
On the basis of monthly maintenance, the following maintenance should be carried out once every six months:
⑴ 更换副发动机曲轴箱油。
⑵ 更换传动箱润滑油。
⑶ 清洁全风道。
⑷ 检查液力偶合器弹性块是否损坏。
7、年维护
On the basis of half-yearly maintenance, perform the following maintenance once a year:
(1) Replace hydraulic oil, clean the oil suction filter, and replace the filter element of the return oil filter。

⑵ 更换液力偶合器油。

八、运输与贮存
When the product is transported by rail, road or water, it should be carried on, off or on the ship by self-driving method as far as possible。When lifting methods must be used for loading and unloading, special spreader that does not damage the product should be used。
The sweeper that needs to be stored for a long time should be parked in a dry, ventilated, rain-proof, anti-corrosion place, and inspected regularly to prevent damage。

九、质量保证
After the product leaves the factory, under the condition that the user complies with the rules of product use, maintenance, transportation and storage, within one year from the date of delivery, if the damage caused by poor manufacturing quality can not work normally, and the use record is available (the user manual should be carefully filled in), the manufacturer will repair the product for the user free of charge (except for wearing parts).。
